Snowboarding can suit all skill levels, from beginners to experts. Starting out on small beginner hills learning the basics are important to building a strong foundation and keeping others safe.
ACTIVITY LEVEL: ■■□□□
Snowboarding like many other sports requires some amount of physical endurance and stamina. Starting out it may seem extra exhausting because you may fall quite a bit. Don't give up though because as you progress you will find that you can and will begin to require less energy and really enjoy the ride.

Parts of a Snowboard
Nose: The front of the board
Tail: The back of the board
Toe Side: Edge of board which the toe edge of the bindings face
Heel Side: Edge of board which the heel edge of the bindings face
Bindings: The mechanical attachment that holds the riders feet to the board
Contact Points: the 4x most outer edges of the board
